Order Requirements & Lead Time

1. Order Submission

  • All orders must be submitted in writing via fax or email.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control. Please verify the most up-to-date pricing at https://www.delitepromo.com./ before submitting your order.

2. Order Confirmation

  • An order confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your purchase order.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us to ensure we have received your order.

3. Electronic Proofs & Approval

  • A digital proof is provided for every order, including repeat orders, at no additional charge.
  • Orders will remain on hold until we receive a dated and signed approval from the customer.
  • Customers are fully responsible for the design, accuracy, and imprint colors once a proof is approved.

4. Product Substitutions

  • We reserve the right to substitute products of comparable price and design for those shown in the catalog if necessary.

5. Order Changes

  • Any changes to an order must be submitted in writing via fax or email.

6. Production & Lead Times

  • Standard Production Time:

    • For quantity imprinted orders, allow 7 - 10 business days from the receipt of:
      • Purchase order
      • Approved electronic proof
      • Credit approval (if required)
    • Lead times depend on stock availability.
  • Rush Services:

    • Expedited services are available upon request. Please contact your representative for details.

 

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Shipping Method

  • Orders will be shipped via the best available method as determined by Delite Promotional Products unless otherwise specified by the customer.

2. Responsibility for Shipments

  • Once shipments leave our facility, the courier company assumes responsibility for any lost or damaged goods.
  • Delite Promotional Products is not responsible for delays caused by courriers or customs.
  • All products become the customer’s property once picked up by the courrier.

3. Special Handling Requests

  • For special handling, including labeling or palletizing, please contact your representative.

4. Freight Costs

  • Shipping costs are covered by the buyer based on the quantities and shipping address provided.
  • Customers may choose to use their own shipping account or arrange for pickup.

5. Split Shipments

  • Additional freight charges will apply for each location, based on the shipping address, plus a labor charge.

6. Drop Shipments

  • Additional freight and labor charges apply per location.
  • Add extra days to the standard lead time for drop shipments to up to 10 locations.
  • For more than 10 locations, please contact your representative for lead times and pricing.
  • Orders with more than 10 locations must include an electronic file with the shipping addresses.

7. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Delite Promotional Products reserves the right to discontinue or substitute any product or service with an item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
  • Colors may vary slightly from website images.
  • Prices are subject to change.

 

Returns & Cancellations Policy

1. Submission Requirements

  • All return and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via fax or email within 30 days of receiving the goods.

2. Return Authorization

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be issued before returning any goods.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA#.

3. Cancellation Fees

  • If an order is canceled before production begins, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
  • If production has already started, you will be billed for all costs incurred, plus the $50.00 cancellation fee.

4. Return Policy

  • Delite Promotional Products reserves the right to deny returns based on approved proofs. Once a proof is approved, the customer assumes full responsibility for the design, accuracy, and imprint specifications.
